1. Program Description

Morning Mentor is an AI-powered daily accountability coaching service. Subscribers receive personalized check-in text messages and/or voice calls, can text Morning Mentor at any time to log progress, add goals, or ask for motivation, and receive automated morning and evening coaching sessions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: Morning Mentor

Description: Automated daily accountability check-ins and conversational AI coaching delivered via SMS.

Message frequency: Varies based on your alarm and check-in settings. Typically 1–3 messages per day, plus replies to messages you send.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

To get help at any time, reply HELP to any message or email info@morningmentor.ai.

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START or re-enabling messaging in your Account settings.

4. Opt-In and Consent

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Morning Mentor by creating an account at morningmentor.ai, entering your phone number, and checking the consent checkbox during onboarding. You may also opt in by texting START to our messaging number. By opting in you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Morning Mentor at the phone number you provided.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Morning Mentor offers subscription-based access. A paid subscription is required to use the service. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Morning Mentor, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the service, using it for commercial resale, or submitting false information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

Morning Mentor is an AI coaching tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on Morning Mentor's coaching.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
