• Phone number: provided voluntarily during onboarding to enable SMS and voice check-ins.
• Goals and habits: the personal goals, deadlines, tasks, and social plans you enter.
• Conversation history: messages exchanged with Morning Mentor via SMS and voice to provide context for future interactions.
• Usage data: log data, device type, and general location (city/region) used to improve the service.
• Timezone and preferences: used to schedule check-ins at the right time for you.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver personalized morning and evening check-ins via SMS or voice call.
• To track your goals and provide AI-generated accountability coaching.
• To remember your preferences and past conversations to make coaching more relevant.
• To send service-related notifications (account updates, opt-in confirmations).
• To improve Morning Mentor's features and AI models in aggregate, anonymized form.

4. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Morning Mentor, including daily check-ins and responses to your messages. Message frequency varies based on your alarm and check-in settings.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. You can also manage your messaging preferences in the app under Account settings.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share information:

• With Service Providers: To operate, analyze, and support the Service or to contact you.
• For Business Transfers: In connection with or during negotiations of a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition.
• With Affiliates: Subject to this Policy (e.g., parent, subsidiaries, joint ventures).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app. Upon deletion, all personal data, goals, conversation history, and preferences are permanently removed within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted database storage, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong password for your account.

8. Children's Privacy

Morning Mentor is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through the Account page. To request a copy of all data we hold on you, or to raise any privacy concern, contact us at info@morningmentor.ai.
